FAQs

  • A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are immersed in the soothing sounds of instruments like singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other harmonic tools. The vibrations help relax the mind, body, and spirit, promoting a state of deep relaxation and balance.

  • Participants usually lie down in a comfortable position while Molly plays various instruments to create a healing soundscape. You’re encouraged to relax, close your eyes, and allow the sounds to wash over you.

  • All you need to bring is yourself, a yoga mat, some water and a cushion or pillow. Whilst the room will be heated, the core body temperature can drop during the sound bath, so it's recommended to bring a blanket or sleeping bag as well to keep you warm and cosy.

Feel free to bring any props you may have such as bolsters, blocks and straps. You may wish to bring an eye mask or eye pillow to deepen the immersive experience but this is not essential and completely optional.
