Molly teaches a freedom flow class inspired by vinyasa flow yoga every Thursday at Nourish in Taunton. All levels welcome.

Molly teaches a yin yang class which combines the dynamic energetic vinyasa style with the slow & restorative pace of yin. All levels welcome.

Yoga

Yoga is a holistic practice that originated in ancient India and encompasses physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation, and ethical principles. It aims to harmonise the body, mind, and spirit, promoting physical health, mental clarity, and spiritual growth.

Molly originally trained in Vinyasa Flow Yoga which is a dynamic style of yoga where poses are linked together in a flowing sequence, often coordinated with breath.

Molly teaches a variety of yoga classes to suit your needs, from the more dynamic and energising vinyasa flow to the slow and calming restorative class.
