Meet Molly
Hello, I’m Molly, an Osteopath specialising in women’s health and chronic pain syndromes. I help women alleviate chronic pelvic pain, headaches, TMJ pain, IBS, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue, and help them feel more confident, connected to themselves and better able to tolerate stress. I achieve this through osteopathy, yoga, sound healing and optimising circadian rhythm health.
My Journey
My professional journey began in 2018 when I started my Osteopathy Masters degree in London. I learnt about the holistic interconnectedness of the body and its innate capacity to heal given the right environment. Since then, I have completed a number of bodywork certifications, yoga and somatic movement trainings, sound healer training and i’m currently studying to become a somatic experiencing practitioner.
Personally, for many years I suffered from digestive issues and poor lymphatic system health, for the most part, due to having a dys-regulated nervous system and always in fight and flight mode. This, combined with a shock trauma of loosing part of my finger in a surfing accident in 2019 left me feeling in a state of freeze, fear and overwhelm. With ongoing digestive issues, despite having tried many dietary and supplemental changes, which were always short lived, I began to feel disconnected, withdrawn, and unable to tolerate stress. It took up so much head space and energy that I decided to confront my issues and get to the root of what was going on.
Over the last 5 years I have delved deeper into the the mind-body connection, which is at the root of many chronic conditions including chronic pain, IBS, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue and POTS. Through my educational trainings and anecdotal experiences I have found the following approach to have the most profound and lasting affect for improving overall health through a mind-body nervous system lense.
My Approach
My holistic nervous system centered approach to health is based around 5 Core Pillars
Uncovering Sub-Conscious Beliefs through hypnotherapy & journalling
Incorporating Mindful Movement such as somatics, yoga & functional weight training
Prioritising Somatic Healing through somatic experiencing & bodywork
Dialing up Rest & Recovery through meditation, sound healing, breathwork & reducing EMF exposure
Embracing Nature & Optimising Circadian Rhythms through spending time in nature & earthing, increasing exposure to natural light, limiting artificial light at night and prioritising sleep.
My Mission
I am deeply passionate about helping women understand how to achieve and maintain optimal health through a mind-body, nervous system and circadian rhythm lense to overcome chronic pain syndromes. My aim is to help you free the mind of sub-conscious limiting beliefs, listen to signals from the body and find harmony with nature. I use simple mind-body tools to help you build more capacity and regulate the body’s nervous system and encourage alignment to natures natural rhythms, so you can live an amazing life, where you’re able to enjoy the things you love, allowing you to thrive, not just survive. I’d love to discuss how I can support your health journey.
